Welcome — I’m glad you’re here

My name is Corinne Sudduth, LCSW (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR therapist, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I provide trauma-informed telehealth therapy for adults throughout Washington and Oregon.

My practice focuses on helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck finally experience meaningful healing. I specialize in trauma therapy, EMDR, PTSD treatment, anxiety, eating disorders, and ADHD, with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

My Approach to Healing

Please hear this: you are not broken, and this is not your fault. Healing is possible with the right support. I use a warm, trauma-informed approach that blends:

You don’t need to know what IFS or parts work means—they’re simply gentle ways of helping you understand and care for the different “parts” of yourself that carry fear, pain, or protection.

By combining EMDR with nervous system regulation techniques, we’re able to access the root causes of your struggles and help rewire the brain in a way that’s more effective and lasting than talk therapy alone.

How I Work

I support adults who are healing from trauma, stress, and overwhelming life experiences. I use EMDR and gentle parts work to help you connect with the different parts of yourself that carry fear, pain, or protection. This approach helps you feel:

  • Safer and calmer

  • More grounded in your body

  • Supported in understanding your patterns

  • Better able to navigate daily life with confidence

A Personal Connection

My work is deeply informed by both clinical training and lived experience. As someone diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I understand how often trauma and neurodivergence overlap. Many of the adults I work with feel:

  • Constantly overwhelmed or shut down

  • Forgetful, scattered, or “checked out”

  • Unable to start or finish tasks despite wanting to

  • Pulled into perfectionism, over-functioning, or people-pleasing

  • Stuck in shame, believing they should be able to push through

These patterns aren’t character flaws—they’re trauma responses and nervous-system adaptations. Therapy can help you unlearn what your body had to learn to surv

A Little About Me

When I am not doing psychotherapy, you can find me spending time with my dog, Finley, a big goofy mutt my husband and I rescued from the Humane Society a few years ago. He brings so much joy and energy to our lives! We also love: playing tennis, spending time outdoors and eating cheese curds.

These little joys keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of connection, play, and balance—both in life and in therapy.

Corinne Sudduth, LICSW

Hello there and welcome!

My name is Corinne Sudduth (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR therapist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I exclusively provide telehealth counseling services.

Corinne Sudduth, LICSW
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, eating disorders, and ADHD. My clinical work is grounded in the belief that trauma is often at the core of the symptoms that keep people stuck. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing clients—many of whom have experienced childhood trauma, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, religious trauma, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and ADHD—finally find meaningful relief through EMDR therapy after years of trying traditional talk therapy without success.

While my clinical focus is trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD, I also bring a deeply personal understanding to this work. As a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I know firsthand how often trauma and neurodivergence intersect. I spent years managing executive dysfunction through perfectionism, overfunctioning, and disordered eating patterns. Many of the clients I support feel constantly overwhelmed, forgetful, and stuck—unable to start or finish tasks, no matter how hard they try. They often carry shame for not being able to “push through” like others seem to.

If this resonates with you, please know: you are not broken, and it’s not your fault. With the right tools, support, and a trauma-informed approach like EMDR, healing from trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD is absolutely possible.

By combining EMDR with nervous system regulation techniques, we’re able to access the root causes of your struggles and help rewire the brain in a way that’s more effective and lasting than talk therapy alone.
